Returned Package Re-shipping & Handling Fee
This listing is for a $5 handling fee for packages that are undeliverable by UPS or USPS based on the address given by the customer. Once the customer purchases this listing and chooses the shipping method, shipping charges will be added to the handling fee to have the package re-shipped.
Once we identify a package is undeliverable based on the tracking number, we will notify the customer via email. The customer will need to purchase this listing to pay for handling, pay for shipping (will be calculated at checkout of this listing purchase), and provide the correct mailing address to have the package reshipped. Due to the nature of our customized products, there are no refunds for incorrect addresses, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.
NOTE - Please keep in mind that we have no control over how long it will take for your item to reach us once the post office determines the item is undeliverable. We cannot ship the item to you until we receive it from UPS or USPS.
The package will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay the handling fee and a new shipping fee.
