Shipping Policy

All regular orders (excluding bulk orders) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Economy Mail (Ground Advantage), or UPS

Current order processing times are approximately 5–10 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that once your package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery times or delays, as we do not have control over carrier operations.

Returned Package Policy

If a package is returned to Stoned by SBF as undeliverable by USPS or UPS due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout by the customer, the following will apply:

  • The customer will be responsible for a $5 handling fee and will need to pay for shipping again to have the order reshipped to the correct address.

  • The item will only be eligible for reshipment once it has been received back by Stoned by SBF in its original, unopened packaging, and the reason for return must be noted as "undeliverable" by the mail carrier.

Please note:

  • Delivery of returned packages to our facility is subject to postal carrier timelines, which are beyond our control. Delays—especially during peak holiday seasons—may occur.

  • Customers must initiate the reshipment request by purchasing the Returned Package Re-shipping and Handling Fee on our website and ensuring the correct address is entered at checkout.
