Shipping Policy

All regular orders (excluding bulk orders) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Economy Mail (Ground Advantage), or UPS. 

Current order processing times are approximately 5–10 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that once your package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery times or delays, as we do not have control over carrier operations.

Returned Package Policy

If a package is returned to Stoned by SBF as undeliverable by USPS or UPS due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout by the customer, the following will apply:

  • The customer will be responsible for a $5 handling fee and will need to pay for shipping again to have the order reshipped to the correct address.

  • The item will only be eligible for reshipment once it has been received back by Stoned by SBF in its original, unopened packaging, and the reason for return must be noted as "undeliverable" by the mail carrier.

Please note:

  • Delivery of returned packages to our facility is subject to postal carrier timelines, which are beyond our control. Delays—especially during peak holiday seasons—may occur.

  • Customers must initiate the reshipment request by purchasing the Returned Package Re-shipping and Handling Fee on our website and ensuring the correct address is entered at checkout.

  1. Browse Our Collection: Explore our selection and choose your favorite designs.
  2. Review Product Details: Read each product description carefully for available customization options such as shirt size, style, color, and rhinestone, thread, or vinyl accent colors to ensure your choices meet your expectations.
  3. Choose Your Shirt Style: We offer various styles, with our standard short-sleeve V-neck and crew-neck tees as the most affordable options. Additional styles may carry an extra charge.

  4. Check Sizing: Our rhinestone shirts are sized in U.S. women’s relaxed fit (not junior fit), and most customers can order their usual size. Embroidery and graphic print designs are offered in unisex sizing with a looser fit.

  5. Select Accent Colors: When selecting rhinestone or vinyl colors, consider how they will contrast with your shirt color for optimal visibility. For example, black rhinestones on black shirts may require lighter accents for contrast.
  6. Custom Design Requests: At this time, custom design requests are not available.

Please review the size chart carefully. Due to the custom nature of our products, Stoned By SBF does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for sizing errors or color/combination preferences.
