Our goal is to make the customer happy with our quality goods and services. Due to the nature of our customized business, our policy is no refunds. If we get it wrong, we request an opportunity to make it right. With that said, if you are not happy with your purchase due to an error made by Stoned By SBF, we request an opportunity to make it right.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history, etc. Just visit https://www.stonedbysbf.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@stonedbysbf.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
Order cancellations are extremely rare and typically only occur due to unexpected stock issues. If this happens, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. A full refund will be issued promptly, and we will offer a suitable alternative whenever possible.
Can I alter my order?
Once your order is queued for processing, it cannot be modified. To add items or increase quantities, please submit a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Production and shipping times are separate. After your order is produced, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method and the season (holiday delays may apply). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues, as we cannot control transit times once the package is with USPS or UPS.
What countries do you ship to?
At this time we only ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Economy shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 for orders over $50 (before tax). Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Are rhinestones safe?
Yes, we only use low lead/no lead rhinestones. Due to a possible choking hazard, Stoned By SBF does not recommend rhinestone apparel for children under the age of 13.
